Flex & The City Awards 2025 welcomed over 400 workspace industry professionals to Ministry of Sound for an evening celebrating innovation, collaboration, and achievement in the flexible workspace sector. Operators, landlords, agents and brokers came together to recognise excellence across 13 award categories voted on by the community.
Guests arrived to branded signage at the entrance and were guided smoothly into the venue. The Ministry team ensured high-profile attendees were managed discreetly to avoid any crowding and keep the experience seamless from arrival to awards presentation.
The Box hosted the main awards ceremony with a sit-down format, supported by full AV and lighting. The Ministry team helped deliver a visually engaging show with branded screens, stage production, and sound to enhance each moment. Live performances included a resident DJ alongside saxophonists, singers, disco dancers and LED stilt walkers moving through the space, creating energy while the awards took place.
Food stations throughout the venue offered a mix of contemporary options including pizza, small plates, burgers and desserts served from crêpe and rolled ice cream tricycles. The open bar kept guests refreshed throughout the evening while the entertainment and social energy flowed naturally between awards presentations and networking.
The 103 and other areas were activated for mingling, giving attendees space to connect with colleagues, celebrate winners and enjoy the evening in a relaxed, engaging environment. Sponsors including Landmark, Pelham Interiors, Yardi, Canvas Offices and Techspace were integrated throughout the event to support the experience and highlight the industry community.
By making use of Ministry of Sound’s adaptable spaces, production capabilities and event expertise, the team delivered a lively and professional awards night that combined recognition, entertainment and networking all in one seamless experience.
