IDENTIFYING THE VENUE
Britvic approached Ministry Venues in search of a dynamic space to host their significant presentation to Tesco, their major stockist. After carefully evaluating the client's brief and specific needs, Ministry Venues - Borough, particularly The White Space, was presented as the most suitable option from the venue portfolio.
Prompt action and effective communication led to a rapid site visit by the client, and a contract was swiftly signed within days of the initial pitch. The efficiency demonstrated by the Ministry Venues team impressed Britvic, establishing a strong foundation for the partnership.
One of the main challenges faced by the event team was fulfilling the client's request for 7 activation spaces for their various brands within the venue. Additionally, owing to Covid, the presentation area and catering space needed to be organised in a socially distanced manner. These requirements demanded meticulous planning and innovative floor plan iterations to meet Britvic's expectations.
The event team worked diligently to create multiple floor plan iterations, focusing on optimising the use of space while ensuring each brand's activation area was distinct and captivating. Ultimately, the team successfully delivered the client's ideal layout, addressing all specific needs and preferences.
Despite the event's limited attendance with only 16 people in a space that could accommodate 200, Ministry Venues managed to infuse vibrancy and energy throughout the installation. The venue was adorned with lively colors, and carefully crafted furniture layouts ensured a warm and cozy atmosphere that felt engaging and inviting.
To adhere to government safety guidelines, the event team skillfully arranged the presentation area and catering space in a socially distanced manner. Despite these measures, the event maintained an intimate and welcoming environment, allowing attendees to feel comfortable while experiencing the brand activations and presentations.
Ministry Venues' collaboration with Britvic exemplifies how understanding client needs and providing innovative solutions can lead to a highly successful business event. By recommending The White Space at Ministry Venues - Borough and addressing complex requirements, the event team ensured a memorable and engaging experience for Britvic's Tesco presentation. This case study demonstrates the value of proactive communication, efficient planning, and creativity in delivering exceptional results for clients in the Events Industry.
