THE IMPORTANT STUFF
Who can play and claim a prize?
You must be 18+ to enter (sorry, no mini wedding planners just yet).
How do I claim my prize?
Every scratch card comes with a unique code; quote it when booking to claim your prize. Keep your card safe! It’s your proof and your ticket to your winning treat.
Can I use multiple prizes for one booking?
One code = one prize. Each code can only be used once, for a single person or booking.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
Prizes must be redeemed by 31st December 2027, don’t let your win go to waste! Please book early to secure venue hire or DJ prizes, as availability is limited.
Can I transfer my prize to something else?
Prizes must be redeemed as listed. Alcohol prizes are only available to guests aged 18+.
No swapping your prize for cash, your mate, or a dog.
What happens if I lose my card?
Lost, damaged, or magically disappearing cards are not our responsibility, and Ministry Venues may swap a prize for one of equal value if needed.
What about the privacy of information?
We’ll only use your info to confirm your prize and help plan your event.
