Looking for a unique, modern venue to hold their first audience-led business festival, Hustle & heels came to Ministry of Sound.

HustleFest took full advantage of the adjoining warehouse spaces comprising the venue and created an immersive, conversation-led experience.

Starting from the entrance of the venue, fully branded with custom boarding and lighting to suit, guests were led through the entrance tunnel, with photo opportunities, before moving through into the main interior of the venue that had been designed as separate destinations.

The Box took centre stage as the main panel talk stage with The Lounge allowing one-on- one conversations between entrepreneurs and key business leaders. The Baby Box became a drop-in session for attendees to ask questions, similarly with The Loft. Finally, the 103 provided networking space for business owners, startups, creatives, professionals, investment, and business experts, to engage in conversations in a meaningful and fun way.

Scottish Widows were after a contemporary space with elated audio-visual to be able to host their internal training day. The Ministry’s ground floor spaces provided the unique set-up that they were after.

60 guests attended the training day, so furniture was needed for a cabaret-style setup. City Furniture Hire supplied D-end tables with black tablecloths and used in-house event chairs. The event also took over two of the Meeting Rooms for more intense discussions and training with the senior leadership teams of the company.

The technology available within the meeting rooms ensured engagement with the attendees, and a champagne and cocktail drinks reception, combined with bowl food service from The London Kitchen, ended the event.
