In July, Caleb Packham AKA The Wellness Warrior held the launch of their new book at Ministry of Sound, “The Power of Yoga for Men”.

The launch included sports massages for attendees and an immersive yoga class in the iconic main room.

The Box was transformed into a zen den, the event leading guests through breathwork, mantras and flows set to a fist-pumping soundtrack by Fluida.

The sprung dancefloor and towered speaker stacks complimented the 90-minute dynamic yoga session with live musicians, amplifying the movements and sounds of the Sattva Yoga.

When Britvic were looking for a dynamic space to host their presentation to their largest stockist, Tesco, The Ministry stood out as a natural fit, with The White Space providing the ideal blank canvas to be transformed into the brand space. With the team’s knowledge of product launches and in-house events team ready to support staging, within a few days the client had attended a site visit and signed the contract.

The team at Britvic liaised with Ministry Venues to create 7 activation spaces within the space as well as a socially distanced presentation area and catering space. After working through multiple iterations of floor plans, we managed to deliver on the client’s ideal layout.

Attended by a select number of individuals, the 2100 sq. ft space was filled with vibrant colour and had carefully crafted furniture layouts and installations that allowed a socially distanced event to still feel warm and cosy.

To coincide with the launch of his new book, The Body Coach in partnership with Joe Wicks held a special one-off event. Hosted within The White Space, 40 invited guests attended a bespoke fitness class hosted by Joe Wicks to train both the mind and the body together.

Head of Fitness for The Ministry worked to curate the customer journey and room installations. Meticulous details timed, shower and changing facilities were timed to elevate pinch points.

The abundance of natural daylight, outside courtyard and audio production came into its own for the event and the atmosphere meant that the event was hailed a success by both the client and their guests.

Open to selected press only, Huawei invited individuals down to The Ministry in October 2018 to launch their new Huawei Mate 20 phone. With its blank canvas appeal and 200 capacity The White Space was transformed into a product showcase space.

With set-ups to learn about the device’s features and assess the phones in a controlled environment, the press event allowed all attendees to experience the device in full. As a pre-launch event, security surrounding was strict to confidentiality.

Multiple spaces within the venue were transformed with the help of Wonderland Events, Red Consultancy & INCA Productions to show the vibrancy and versatility of both the venue and the phone’s camera in different settings.

The guest journey was carefully curated to ensure privacy was always maintained. Guests entered through the main entrance before heading to The Meeting Room Suite, which had been converted into a lounge where in-house catering provided hot food throughout the day. Every hour, a new group of 20 journalists arrived at the venue and were ushered into the lounge, whilst the previous journalists were taken to the Cinema, where the Dolby Atmos system and 4K projector showcased the Mate 20’s features. The journey continued with the studios being used for interview rooms and finally, journalists ended within the White Space where they were able to engage with the product.
