Dusk collaborated with their PR agency, Hatch, to host a showcase event at The Ministry. The event aimed to impress PR representatives and buyers by transforming the space into a showcase of Dusk’s latest furniture offerings.

Hatch executed a meticulously planned event, utilising the entire venue to display samples of Dusk’s furniture collections. Preparation began a day in advance, ensuring a seamless presentation of their products and a visually appealing environment.

Throughout the event, guests enjoyed continuous service of canapés and beverages from an open bar, enhancing the atmosphere and encouraging networking among attendees. This hospitality was strategically integrated to provide a comfortable and engaging experience for all guests.

In addition to the main showcase, they utilised meeting room spaces for one-on-one meetings with buyers from prominent brands and stores. These personalised sessions facilitated meaningful discussions and strengthened business relationships, demonstrating Dusk’s proactive approach to engaging with industry influencers.

The venue was transformed into an inviting space that highlighted Dusk’s furniture collections against a backdrop that showcased their design and craftsmanship. The strategic layout facilitated easy navigation and encouraged guests to explore and interact with the showcased items.

In July, Caleb Packham, also known as The Wellness Warrior, launched his new book, “The Power of Yoga for Men,” at the iconic Ministry of Sound. This event was designed to offer an immersive and holistic wellness experience, seamlessly blending yoga, music, and relaxation in a unique setting.

Ministry of Sound’s versatile spaces were meticulously transformed to accommodate a range of activities that embodied the theme of Packham’s book. The objective was to create an engaging and rejuvenating atmosphere, making full use of the venue’s renowned audio-visual capabilities to enhance the overall experience.

The launch event began with sports massages for attendees, providing a relaxing and physically rejuvenating start to the day. The main highlight was an immersive yoga class held in the iconic main room. This 90-minute dynamic session of Sattva Yoga, led by Caleb Packham, aimed to be both physically invigorating and spiritually uplifting.

The Box was transformed into a zen den, creating a serene environment for guests. Here, participants were led through breathwork exercises, mantras, and yoga flows.

The session was set to a powerful soundtrack by Fluida, enhancing the immersive experience. The Box’s sprung dancefloor and towering speaker stacks added to the ambiance, perfectly complementing the yoga session with live musicians synchronizing their performance to the movements and rhythms of Sattva Yoga. This high-quality audio and responsive flooring elevated the sensory experience, making the session both impactful and memorable.

When Britvic sought a dynamic and versatile venue to host a critical presentation for their largest stockist, Tesco, The Ministry emerged as the perfect choice. The White Space, known for its adaptability, provided an ideal blank canvas to be transformed into a vibrant brand space, tailored to the needs of Britvic and their prestigious guests.

Recognising the importance of creating an impactful and memorable product launch, Britvic collaborated closely with The Ministry’s experienced in-house events team. Within days, a site visit was arranged, showcasing The White Space’s potential. Impressed by the venue and the team’s expertise in hosting product launches, Britvic quickly signed the contract to secure the space.

The primary objective was to design a layout that featured seven activation spaces, a socially distanced presentation area, and a dedicated catering space. The team worked hand-in-hand with Britvic to develop and refine multiple iterations of the floor plan, ensuring every detail aligned with the client’s vision.

The final layout successfully met Britvic’s needs. The 2100 sq. ft space was creatively utilized to include seven distinct activation zones. Each activation space was designed to highlight different aspects of Britvic’s product line, offering an interactive and engaging experience for the attendees. The socially distanced presentation area was strategically arranged to maintain a safe environment without compromising the event.

To celebrate the launch of his new book, Joe Wicks, known as The Body Coach, partnered with The Ministry to host an exclusive fitness event. This special one-off session aimed to train both the mind and body, taking place in The White Space.

The Ministry’s Head of Fitness collaborated with Joe Wicks to design a seamless customer journey and room installations. Every detail, including timed use of shower and changing facilities, was meticulously planned to enhance the guest experience.

The event featured a bespoke fitness class led by Joe Wicks, with 40 invited guests participating. The session combined physical exercise with mental well-being practices, ensuring a holistic and engaging experience.

The White Space was the perfect venue, offering natural daylight and an outside courtyard to create an uplifting atmosphere. High-quality audio production enhanced the immersive experience, while the well-organized facilities ensured smooth transitions for guests.

From arrival to departure, the event was designed to facilitate a smooth flow of activities. The combination of natural light, outdoor space, and expert audio production contributed to a motivating and enjoyable environment.

Open to selected press only, Huawei invited individuals down to The Ministry in October 2018 to launch their new Huawei Mate 20 phone. With its blank canvas appeal and 200 capacity, The White Space was transformed into a product showcase space.

With set-ups to learn about the device’s features and assess the phones in a controlled environment, the press event allowed all attendees to experience the device in full. As a pre-launch event, security surrounding was strict to confidentiality.

Multiple spaces within the venue were transformed with the help of Wonderland Events, Red Consultancy & INCA Productions to show the vibrancy and versatility of both the venue and the phone’s camera in different settings.

The guest journey was carefully curated to ensure confidentiality was always maintained. Guests entered through the main entrance before heading through to The Meeting Room Suite, which was used to provide hot food throughout the day by in-house catering.

Every hour, a new group of 20 journalists arrived at the venue and were ushered into this space. Meanwhile, the previous group was taken to The Box, where the Dolby Atmos system and 4K projector showcased the Mate 20’s features. The journey continued through to The Studio, which was used for interview rooms, and finally, the journalists ended their tour in the White Space, where they were able to engage with the product.
