From Black Lives Matter to sustainability to the war in Ukraine, it has become a ‘norm’ for companies to take and promote a stance on matters in the public realm. However, can a company really market a diversity 'cause' when the internal culture doesn't reflect this? Are these stances being supported in the recruitment process, policies, and culture or is it just corporate lip service that ends at midnight?
